Managing Director

Fatjon is the managing director of Beta 4 Construction where he plans, develops and manages properties. He has qualifications in mechanical engineering and his experience comes from converting commercial into residential property from start to finish. He enjoys working as a team with architects, local planning authorities, engineers, tradesmen, and builders in property conversion. His prime strengths are negotiation and orchestrating site development. Fatjon is also a respected landlord of over twenty properties.
